dont use the word print in the title of your thread, this BBS is broken and for some stupid reason the word print makes your thread read only in print view. nobody can answer you.
BTW your issue is with magenta. make sure the laser path is clean and the mag roller on the magenta developer has a good brush to it.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

yes, the magenta is dropping off.
print a halftone of magenta to verify.

looks like A4/letter/A3/ledger may miss the scratch but it looks like anything wider will show the defect.
either way the drum should be replaced.
the scratch is not causing the line you have a magenta problem.

The magenta problem is some sort of foreign matter under the doctor blade, and can be easily solved. Make yourself one of these from heavy mylar:

              Mylar Doctor Blade Cleaner.JPG

Start the hooked end of the tool under the doctor blade and slide it across until you are aligned with the void in your brush. Rotate the mag roller while pulling out the tool. Watch for the obstruction so that you can snag it before it feeds back into the developing unit. Repeat as necessary.

The drum cannot be saved. Order a new one. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
