Any body else getting over run with E301 and FA14 errors on this series? Got a good solution?

i replace the HDD and flash the reset file then latest FW and they have been good since.

firmware fixes this and also do the hdd firmware. havent had it since. there is a bulletin on this

Its not reset tool, the mass production fw you require.
