Hey,


My printer: Bizhub c224e
Error code: C- c212
When: downloading scans through printer website


So I can send something to printer and print it, also I can scan something to printer hdd. Problem is with downloading scan.
When I want to download scan through web it says something like "you can't do it, error" and the printer shows error C- c212.
Maybe someone know what can be the problem?

Try another browser, chrome is usually reliable.

What firmware & function version is the machine on?
if still on factory you will have various issues.

A2XK0Y0-A520-G00-02 is loadable device driver or C224 not C224e.
Depend on authentication unit installed on the mfp: AU-102 or AU-201, you need uninstall old driver then reinstall new driver.
Perform your provider.

its a card authentication error. load the loadable driver with a usb in service mode under loadable driver

I had this error code on a machine sharing a power strip with a 1960's fridge at a school, it kept happening every few weeks and corrupting the hdd even with a new one. Once the machine and the fridge were separated the issue no longer occurred. It wasn't the card reader or the loadable device driver, it was the unreadable hdd itself resulting in the code. In my case it was likely massive voltage spikes on the power line every time the old fridge started and stopped.

I should say that before the problem came, I installed card authentication device.

thanks for that is was the card reader driver, uninstalled then installed all ok
