Bizhub 227 will not print.
No Rj45 lan jack lights. no error or codes in service call information. Move to different drop problem continue, hooked up laptop on both straight and crossover cables no lights. Can loopback machine ping machine successfully. Couldn't ping know operating valid ip addresses. Reset all connectors to Mfp board, uninstalled Hdd, then re-installed problem continues. Unit is warranty really don't want to replace Mfp is there's a alternated solution. Yes copying functions work place with another printer used same ip address works fine.
