    biz 501

    OPC drum has scraches and i must replace it. Do i have to replace developer too? if i replace only drum and blade and not developer do i have any problem?

    If the print quality is ok (except for the drum scratches) and if the developer isn't over life, then, if I remember correctly, there should be no reason to replace the developer.

    Anyway it would be wise to take a developer bag with you just in case.

      if the DV life is under 60% you may get away with it.
      just do your LD1s and LD@ adjustments. and reset the drum and blade counters.
      i usually set them so the first shading blocks just shows up just over the line. saves for overtoning and the mess it becomes.
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...
