I want to disable the scanner in c6501 can any one able to suggest which dip sw solve this issue.

Not familiar with that model but most Kon/Min have "isolation" tab in service mode under system 1 or system 2. "UNset" what ever you want to disable.

You should be able to remove the scan icon from the control panel.
If you don't want walk up copies turn on account codes.

This is Production category machine, Therefore, this machine does not have isolation mode, instead it can be turned on or off with a software switch.
