Good day all

we have bizhub C3350 new machine that is giving us jam code 11-01 intermittend fault , it is a new machine and is giving this issue , any solutions would be highly appreciated

There is a newer "fix" for this that had a bulletin released in the US last month. It will probably be quite some time before the parts are available however. I placed an order for the updated parts the day after the bulletin was released, and they are still listed as NO ETA AVAILABLE.

As Albonline said i series = no real testing before market launch. Luckily still A3 models inherited solid base from previous generations.

Every one that I have had, I've replaced the DFPV assy for the one in the mono version

I had to change the Conveyance / Paper feed assy in one C3300i .I tried everything and in the end I had to change the whole unit.

the jam occurs just after the registration rolleres and fingers about 20mm past , so its not trail edge related as trail edge is still in the tray

The machine was 10k. But other 2 machines were only about 1k, I replaced only stopper roller A00J563600 - jams disapeared.
I know, it is weird like the machines are.

I have had this jamming issue with two different C3350i machines. The first one I replaced the conveyance unit (AAJRR71411). The second one I removed the conveyance unit and cleaned the clutches with alcohol. Both procedures solved the jamming.

sadly, it's not one part, you have to order 6 parts to make up the one unit - and the parts arrived anything between a couple of days, and a couple of months....
