    Develop ineo 758 J9310 duplex jam

    Hi, I have a Develop (badged Konica) ineo 758 with close to 800k suffering from intermittent J9310. C2151 has also appeared a number of times at point of jam. I have replaced the 2nd transfer motor to fault find- there has been no error in 4000 prints but 5x J9310. Upgraded to the latest mass-production firmware (G00-W5), cleaned and swapped a few sensors in the ADU.

    Both codes are related to the paper feed/ paper transport board. Any thoughts?

    I have been to the machine this morning and it is working fine on arrival.

      You've had 5 misfeeds in 4000 prints - i'd say that's working....

          Let me clarify a few things:

          Did you run at least 200 duplex without jamming?
          And it has done 4000 duplex images since then?

          It could very well have been a paper curl issue that was resolved by using up that paper. You don't really have anything to fix.

          If you can get it to jam, take a look at paper sensor PS48 flag. If your customer runs 100% duplex ... every single page duplex, that flag will start so show wear/flattening after ~1M pages. =^..^=

          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

              I ran around 100 duplex with no jam.

              The machine had done 4000 prints between calls with 5x J9310 recorded in that time.

              It is in a school common room so it gets used quite heavily- averaging around 30,000 prints a month. It has been ongoing for a while so doubt its the paper.
