Re: Bizhub C227
make a solid color page and stop it before it hits the fuser and check the pattern on the belt. that mess has to come from somewhere.
also the pic is so small,, hard to find details with a postage stampWe know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
The medication helps though...Comment

Re: Bizhub C227
Those diagonal lines on the black and magenta really are reminiscent of drained developer. Is that picture from after those units were replaced? Really need a larger picture for proper diagnosis.A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.
My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...Comment

Re: Bizhub C227
I think someone messed with color IUs. On this model they're quite expensive and results are tragic.
Or even K drum bad rebuild may drain developer/s.
Some kind of exorcist should be good enough to solve the mess if you only find one.A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.

Re: Bizhub C227
Picture is small but at lower section you can clearly seen black drum repeating marks.
Did you rebuild only OPC or you put OEM whole drum units?
I have some bad expirience with rebuilded units, OEM units is only 100% solution and black unit is not so expensive.Comment

Re: Bizhub C227
I know the drums are bad, but i do not think that is the problem. If i use the copier on black only, it no longer makes the r y m b marks, it runst normal. It remains only the black drum damage. Te units are oem, not rebuilded.Comment

Re: Bizhub C227
Looks like the CMY unit are over they life span, or even worse, reseted. Don't reset any consumable on C227as they will go berserk very fast. It's better to hide the end life message and run them until no longer possible. A pic of the developing units would be of help.Comment

Re: Bizhub C227
replace Dr214K and Deve K unit, check IU 214M again because the magnetic powder of color M may be lost, Replace genuine tonerComment

Re: Bizhub C227
we had similar looking issues during the great toner shortage.
Drum would have residue stuck to the drum when you removed it
Also resulted in needing to often also replace the dev, clean out the hopper and install genuine tonerComment
