Konica Minolta c2070 the start button does not work even though the light is blue

First of all, I would like to thank everyone who read this post. This is a bug I've been trying to fix for months and months now, I've called a technician but they couldn't help it (I'm in Vietnam). So I hope you guys can help me to solve this problem.
- I can't continue printing after jam because when I press the start button the machine doesn't receive the command (start button is still blue)
- I can't photocopy or scan for the same reason
however when i enable "test pattern output mode" in test mode in utility the start button still working.
I am very annoyed with this problem, please help me.

What is the message in the top left corner of the screen, looks like replace filter?

Reset this counter in CE mode then you should be able to copy.

Reset this counter in CE mode then you should be able to copy.

It "toner filter replace time", it clean but machine still notifies.
"Reset this counter in CE mode' Can you teach me how to do this please?

you sound like an end-user or shopkeep, messing around in service mode especially with a production machine can be quite fatal for the machine.
contributors seem to get the manual they need somehow

thanks you alot. now the messege of filter is disappear, but still can not copy.
"end-user or shopkeep" Of course. In Vietnam, Konica sells new machines with the price that I have to work for 2 years to recover capital so we have to buy used machine and need a lot of repair. Poor country you know =)))

does it still say call service?
just trying to find out why it wont do what its supposed to.
so we are sure the button is not the problem right?

if you log on pagescope, does it show any messages or errors anywhere?
what were the last 5 service codes?
what are the rest of the consumables at?

Do you tap "MACHINE",upper left corner, to see if there is a message , asking Ng you to perform a task, or press continue?

It not say call service and i'm sure the button is not problem because when i access service mode menu and access to some of them then exit, the strange thing is i can continue press the button when jamed the job is continue. however things only last for a while before going back to the way they were.

"what were the last 5 service codes" I'm an amateur so i dont know how to do this.

Do you tap "MACHINE",upper left corner, to see if there is a message , asking Ng you to perform a task, or press continue?

I not tap anything, press continue but it not working.

Firmware up again, had same issue w 2070.
do you have iq installed?

update firmware, we had same issue, blue start button not working.

had to update twice to get it to work right.
