    toner supply unit

    stil the same...
    any ideas?

      check the connector in the unit that the developer unit plugs into. I've seen a few of these that were packed with junk and bent. also the is an outside chance that the drive motor is bad.

          I'd have to say Drive Motor...
          Go into 47 mode and test it.....
          code 50-0 then start
          Everyone has the right to be stupid. Some people just abuse this privelage more than others
