[CQ] white line on copy at black outpu

hi, i have a problem with bizhub c200, everytime I print a black document, there is a white line on copy, the width of the line is almost half an inch, I have already cleaned the developing unit of the imaging unit bt still white line appears.... any one could help me?... thanks in advance

Sounds like a main charge issue or laser slit is dirty

clean the laser slit glass and try

Is the cleaning stick for the laser slit glass complete? Maybe the pad is stuck in the laser path?

Ditto the previous replies, especially if the line is well defined.

I'd bet on a piece of paper or something like that on top of the laser glass. As other said - clean it!
