i have a problem with a c650
all ever a sudden it showed
print stop on the screen
instead of the user printing and work does not come out
u canot print neither can u print or even scan
it just happened all ever a sudden
some help if there is any one whom has ever face that challange
looking forward 4 yr reply

Hey possible dev and drum switched to stop in service mode. instead of non stop
Call up service mode and press stop 0 clear... you should see it there

the imaging units are 50% life but the&nbsp;machine instead of showing user printing in the job list<br>it shows print stop even if u try to print a test page or try sending from the pc or even photo copy<br>is&nbsp;it a firm ware&nbsp;problem? nothing can come out of&nbsp;the printer and the&nbsp;imaging units have not reached their life&nbsp;&nbsp;

If the IU is at 50% could be the fuser, transfer belt or ozone filters at life stop

are there any warnings on the screen? is the oil can showing? the print engine is not coming to ready state for some reason.
