    You might have a problem with magnetic roller in developer section.

      drum and developer must be replaced together on the 3 series.
      if not it creates a whole range of CQ issues.
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

        I'll have to agree with the previous gentlemen. Those look like developer copies to me. Are they gritty? =^..^=
        If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Do you have a hole in the inner dev seal?
          Looks like arcing to me.
          I am confused about the feed direction.

          If it is in the feed direction its the mag roller. Wipe off the developer, if it is shiny that is your problem replace the dev tank.

              you must aslo reset the counter when replacing parts. after doing dev you must also run the tcr adjuustment
