Have you checked in the service manual as a starting point? There are a lot of them listed in there.

Otherwise this thread is also a good source:
    Konica Software Switch settings (complete)

My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...

      SM says nothing about it.

The only description sw 231 there is in DLKM_BT2116061EN, but seems to be uncomplete.

Delete jobs when a job stopped due to an error
        Software SW No.231 (bit 0)
        0x00: Disable (Default)
        0x01: Enable

        - "Job Delete Settings" menu is established in "Administrator Settings"
        - "Job Delete mode", "Job Delete Time", and "Job Delete key" settings can be configured in this menu.
        - If "Job Delete key" is enabled, a job stopped due to an error is deleted by touching the "Job Delete" key.
        - If "Job Delete Time setting" is enabled, when an error occurs in MFP,
the Copy/Print jobs of the authenticated users (including Public user) are deleted.
        - If "Job Delete mode" is set to Mode 1-3, the following types of jobs are deleted.
        - Mode 1
        - The Copy/Print jobs of the authenticated users (including Public user)
        - Print jobs without authenticate
        - Fax receiving jobs
        - Mode 2
        - The Copy/Print jobs of the authenticated users (including Public user)
        - Fax receiving jobs
        - Mode 3
        - The Copy/Print jobs of the authenticated users (including Public user)
        - Print jobs without authenticate
        - If "Job Delete mode" is set to Mode 4, the timing of delete jobs can be set depending on the types of error.
        - When the job deletion is executed, a warning screen is displayed.

The related SW is as follows:
        Software SWNo.105(0bit)
        Software SWNo.145(7bit)

        Both #105 & #145 come defaulted to "Disabled". =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sorry, I misunderstood what you were looking for. I thought that you had come across that software switch and that you were looking to find out what other ones were and what they did, not what that specific one was for, as it seemed like you already knew about that one.

Is this for users who send jobs but dont pickup job straight away from holding up the entire print cue due to incorrect paper tray settings or does it only delete job if it jams?
