Firmware Update needed?

Hello community,
we have several Konica Minolta, Kyocera and Develop ineo multifunctional devices.
On 2 of our Develop ineo+ 224e and on 1 of our Konica Minolta bizhub C224 Scan-to-Mail to Office 365 does not work.
The firmware on these devices is very old.
Do we need a firmware update to get this work?
If so, where can we get that?

the e series one may just need GDB-M1 and bit 219 set to hex 04 smb 2.0
the non e series one, well you can roll naked in legos and try tricking it with firmware and bit switches but seriously its been way long enough time for customers to plan for the machines obsolescence especially 10+ years old. its not a toyota pickup truck. it cant last forever.

There is a way to make a 4 series NON-E to "E" version (see attached)

I just installed the GB0-A9 firmware on our bizhub C224 to get Scan-to-Mail via Office365 to work.
Thank you for the firmware! Working great now.

Does anyone have a firmware for our Develop ineo+ 224e to get Office365 Scans working too? Is it the same firmware like for Konica Minolta bizhub C224e? Would be great to get a link to the fw.

Yesterday I installed GDF-M1 with that soft SW setting, scan for SMB 2.0 failed with server connection error.

well the firmware was GDB not GDF, dunno if thats the issue?
also NTLM set to 2.0 also.

I just installed A5C10Y0-0100-GDB-M1(00) on one of our C224e but Scan-to-Mail via Office 365 still does not work...
Any tipps?

usually found in the details of the failure in the log on the screen.
its normally 3 digits
you may have to turn the feature on.

also what is the function level? i think it has to be 7
