Hi Jamman,

Did you check the "PARTS CLN WT UNIT SP"?
You can find it in part list, Electrical Component 1

You have to remove Fuser, Transfer Belt, Yellow Developer, Yellow Drum, Left Cover so you can remove the WT Unit.
Carefully clean it and check the motor.

Check the connector of the transfer belt on the side of the machine.
sometimes the contacts are twisted.
