The print is light on both edges when i replace drum kyocera 5002i.before that drum was striped
this month i changed 5 drums for 5 different machines and got this problem. Only when I refresh the drum 5 times did the print go black again. But the next day the problem persisted and was light4581e2f12162e93cb073.jpg9d55ac1b6f88a7d6fe99.jpg

It looks like condensation on the drum. Is this a particularly moist season? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

As these drum age they become more prone to humidity and moisture.
You will need to fir a dehumidifier and tip urn on U327 mode 2, on all the time.

I would make sure that the cassette heaters are installed and ON, an that U148 is set to 1=short.

Adjustments to primary charge will not help. =^..^=

Did you push the developer shaft lock?

            shaft_lock.jpg

Common problem is the shaft lock is defective and wont stay in locked position.
So the developer roller and drum roll cap will be too big and the result is something similar you posted.

Easy fix is glueing something on developer lock shaft or inside the inner cover.
If warranty machine, they should replace developer.

-e- Are your samples printed SEF? If yes then I agree with the moisture problem.

The easy fix for the DV lock is to drive a screw in between the lock button and DV frame.

For 5 days now, every morning I have to refresh the drum 4-5 times
I noticed in the morning there was a light error
                I'm really confused
