If you use Firefox it will work, just give you a warning about unsecure site or something.

Do you have Firefox as your default?

What error message do you get when you try?

IMHO Chrome is nothing but trouble and Edge is not much better.

Can you ping the ip address of the scanner?

What happens if you put Googles ip address in the browser which is 142.250.178.132 ?

have you tried dhcp? then access it with that address?

My workarounds are either bring a Windows 10 laptop and force IE to open, or with Windows 11 download an old version of Firefox.

There was another post on here last week. Download The PaleMoon Project. I used it last week and worked flawlessly!

Downloaded, installed and launched. Maybe if they add a menu bar it might be useful but I will stick to Firefox.
