I have to ask, just like bsm did, is it OEM toner? Because if you issue is bad toner you are barking up the wrong tree at this point and would start there. What direction is the paper running in your example, A3 or A4? Have you removed the drum unit and developing units and visually inspected them? What does your charge roller look like? What does the drum surface look like? Do you see any marks on it from the charge roller sitting on it for months with no temp control?

I'd start with a new PCR and if that doesn't clear it up, replace the DV unit.

Those marks look too far apart to be a small roller like charge or developer and since both machines have been subject to temperature variations I would be looking at the fuser, jam a large piece of paper in there.

Finily i swaped drum unit with a one from an other machine which worked ok but the problem remained. when i sweaped developer unit image was perfect. So the problem is at dev unit. Any idea how to fix it?

From my technical point of view it must be related to the used toner.
In past you changed dv unit and after a short while it came back.
Now, with other dv it`s o.k., but i think it will come back if enough "broken" toner would forwarded to this dv.
Do you see red mark on the rear side from toner cartridge?
Normally it`s hidden, only in case of usage from empty bk cartridge for waste, it becomes red and you can`t mount this cartridge for toner anymore.
But i have seen this kind of usage several times.
I don`t know how the endcustomer was able to insert the cartridges but it would done
