Kyocera Ecosys P3155dn - blank space at the begining of each page

    Hi all,

I have a problem with top blank space on paper when printing on Kyocera Ecosys P3155dn. Its not only on first page but on every page.
Its happening even if I just print test page on printer.
    Any suggestion is welcome!

I will put link here for you to understand better: https://i.postimg.cc/50hwMTLk/IMG-20221116-141548.jpg

Looks like registration is off? Have yo tried through the bypass to see if you have the same issue?

Check registration roller / clutch to make sure it is not sticking and driving continuously.

I checked registration roller/clutch and everything seems fine.
          Still thanks.

Only thing that is strange is that something is very loud and there is crack sound every time it prints something.. need to check that..

WOW! I had no idea they could run that long. I know Kyocera makes a decent printer, but 1.3 million...wow.

With that many prints on the machine, replace the registration actuator. I have not seen this cause the problem you are having, but it will cause intermittent jamming starting sometimes around 750,000 prints. It may not look worn until you remove it and put it beside a new one. I generally recommend replacing them about 750,000 prints just to prevent jamming issues that will get worse with time. Hope this helps.

The registration clutch and bushings should be DESTROYED at 1.3M. At 1M the bushings oval out, the rollers lose contact and the gears disengage. Also the registration actuator can be cut completely off, not just grooved.

If I remember correctly there are no part numbers listed for the bushings. I reached into my 5 gallon bucket of miscellaneous bushings to find (4) that fit. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Worst part of this "error" is that there is no any info on web and I have never seen it so I tried on this forum!

I think it's time to upgrade this one, the real problem is will you find another solid machine.
Nevertheless great job keeping this machine alive and kicking.

Yeah its true.. this one is rare gem.
Thank you for your kind words but I shouldnt take the credits for it because it was my boss who maintained it.
Now its my time to shine :P or this printer is just doomed because it came in my hands.. who knows.. we will see ._.

p.s. Why didnt I asked my boss what could be wrong? I dont want to bother him for now and I want to try to fix it by myself (Now its not "by myself" cuz I got some tips from you guys.. but he doesnt know that hehe).
