If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it, maybe, probably not we are at the pub!

      There's a third & fourth choice:

3rd: Ends up under the heaviest object in the room, regardless of how far away.
4rth: Is magnetically attracted to the nearest circuit board, and the most sensitive component, shortly followed by fireworks.
      =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I have spent hours tearing boards out of machines to prevent choice #4.

It's usually preceded by a lot of under the breath cursing.

Number 4 is my favourite. When you power up and hear the snap and crackle along with some small fireworks It says to me" Damm, you F*^K up again!"
