i have this quality in print with Ricoh c3003
the toner is not fixed i have changed the four but the problem is still

It looks more like a problem with the fixing section of the fuser, have you checked it??

lol - yeah better take a look at the fuser and/or run you paper SEF if you need A4/Letter only..

Not if you use that scanner right in front of you and scan to single page PDF files. The compression is not the problem. Lack of full page images is the problem. No matter how much we zoom the files, we still do not see a full page.

Aftermarket toner doesn't fuse well in these. Have to crank up the fuser temp a bit.

Not good pressure at the side of the fusing unit.Check from what is produced improper pressure.

if I had to rely on the photo, (which you can see really badly), it would look more like a grease on the ITB belt, or on the pcu.
try to open the duplex, and slowly rotate the belt with your fingers, and look with a light if you see something, do the same with the pcdu

just my input. but if you don't know what problems a pcdu can cause on a copier. then you really shouldn't be working on the copier. im just saying......
