Hi,first of all I would like to thank everyone who helped me last time. Now it is a new device that has worked for about 300 k, it started to leave a dark background, in the place where the paper should be clean. The following was replaced, ITB cleaning unit,PTR,PCU cleaning unit and same happend.Only left is PCU drums.Any help?

I don't know how well you can see, but the part of the paper that is not printed on the left should be white like the paper on the right.20230918_101101.jpg

It is not clear in the photo but if the background is gray (tending to black), check the maintenance counter of the black PCDU and if necessary clean it or replace it entirely, or if you can even individual pieces (drum, devel., blades, bar wax, winding roller). Are you a technician?

Yes, as I said, everything was replaced, all four PCU cleaning units.

I did not change only the developer. In any case, the machine printed only 300 k. The replacement of drums and developer is about 1 mil.

just because the drum or developer is rated for a certain life count doesn't mean you will get that count...

I know that 5% coverage is calculated, but I just replaced the drums as well. We'll try.

have you cleaned the ID/Music sensors? what about the lenses for the PCDU?

That PM figure is based on doing jobs that average over 500 pages.
