Different kits. MX-609FB for BW copiers. MX-607FB for Color

Why are the fusers bad? Is it the B/W fusers that are going bad? If you rebuild the B/W fusers, do you run the belt meandering sim in TC - 6

Unfortunately they are from two totally different fusing units. Are you also having a ton of issues with the MX 3050-6070/2651-6071 fusers? Our company ends up having to replace fusing belts and rollers well before their typical counter is up. I don't mind rebuilding them as they're easier than the 5141/3640 series' but they can't handle the amount of toner that is laid down; way too much buildup from dried toner on the separation plate and pressure roller.

This setting prints out a fuser cleaning page every 5000 prints.

Since I've enabled this on multipe machines we have way less problems with toner clogged fusers

I don't think he's been using it for too long. The first time I heard about this SIM was on MAY of this year, two months ago. When reading the bulletins on firmware updates. Before this, I've never heard of this Sim.
