Flynn got fired because during questioning, he did not mention meetings he had. Those meetings were part of his job at that time and were part of public record. The meetings has nothing to do with the campaign.

The only thing that cost Hillary the election was Hillary. That is unless YOU can provide the names on millions of voters who will say that they voted for Trump because the Russians told them to do so. Had Hillary not violated the law by keeping government related emails on a private server instead of a government server. By the way, the specific laws violated did not require specific criminal intent in order to indite.

Flynn got fired because he specifically said he had had no contact with Russians, when he actually did have contact. It wasn't an omission, it was a lie.
As for you third point, I'm not sure what Hillary has to do with Russian collusion.

thank you for believing the MSM lies about what is going on. Even two of the LEADING democrats have agreed there is no 'collusion' going on. ( over 30 dem senators also met with that ambassador ) he isn't trying to ban a specific religion ( only 6 countries out of what 30 muslim nations) only the ones that LEAD in sponsoring the terrorist groups .... and "making it harder" is bullshit too.. if you READ the proposed bill, most of the 'poor' that need to be covered will be setup thru their STATE which knows more what their people need... stop listening to the ABC-CBS-MSNBC that twist the truths .. Canadian politics is so boring compared to US politics. Not much bad happens, the country is well managed by experienced politicians and bureaucrats. We do not have problems with immigrants, healthcare, gun violence, racism, class struggle, environmental issues, etc. Other than hockey and the weather all we have to complain about is US politics.

To President Trump's credit he stated yesterday that he supports a full investigation into Russian interference in the US election last year saying that he wants the probe to be done "absolutely properly".

What a terrific idea -- I'd be like having the foxes do a probe of the wolves at poultry farm.

I'm sure there'd be a lot of duplicit reports of fowl foul play.

Who'd gain the most from the current situation? It certainly won't stop the wolves, and the "chickens" will still cower an hide undercover in their roost every night.

On a global scale, people should be far more aware of the electronic devices they place near their person. ECM (Electronic counter measures) are very real, we have to deal with the EMF senarios here as we live within a military training zone. Many of us experience first hand how electronic devices fail when authorised war game exercisers are in full operation. Some of the locals here have written to their state members and local media about the potentially dangerous interference to general radio comms.

Concluding: The average voter can have their electronic devices interfered with to cause their voting one way or another, totally untraceable interference. Subliminal advertisement(TV interleave motion framing) is outlawed here in Australia. Not so in some other countries. We still get "web-profiling" advertisements here though which allow for "electronic coincidence" adverts to "sway" our consumer and voting choices.

Outlaw all forms of advertisement on the 3-6 month lead up to all political elections.

I'm not sure WHAT polls you saw saying his base is leaving him..The polls I've seen do not reflect that.. and the polls are showing that a majority of people support him firing Comey .. the dems hated comey for looking in on hillary..then they loved him when he contorted the law (intent) then hated when he reopened it.. now they love him after trump let him go... pelosi and schumer and waters flipflop worse than fish outta water.

American voters, who gave President Donald Trump a slight approval bump after the missile strike in Syria, today give him a near-record negative 36 - 58 percent job approval rating, according to a Quinnipiac University national poll released today. Critical are big losses among white voters with no college degree, white men and independent voters.

Today's job approval rating compares to a negative 40 - 56 percent approval rating in an April 19 survey by the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pe-ack) University and a negative 35 - 57 percent score April 4, his lowest approval rating since he became president.

The president is losing support among independent voters and groups which are important parts of his base. Approval ratings are:

• Negative 29 - 63 percent among independent voters, down from a negative 38 - 56 percent April 19;
• A split among white voters with no college degree, as 47 percent approve and 46 percent disapprove, compared to a 57 - 38 percent approval April 19;
• White men go from a 53 - 41 percent approval April 19 to a split today with 48 percent approving and 46 percent disapproving.

American voters' opinions of several of Trump's personal qualities are down:

• 61 - 33 percent that he is not honest, compared to 58 - 37 percent April 19;
• 56 - 41 percent that he does not have good leadership skills, little change;
• 59 - 38 percent that he does not care about average Americans, compared to 57 - 42 percent April 19;
• 66 - 29 percent that he is not level-headed, compared to 63 - 33 percent last month;
• 62 - 35 percent that he is a strong person, little change;
• 56 - 41 percent that he is intelligent, compared to 58 - 38 percent;
• 64 - 32 percent that he does not share their values, compared to 61 - 35 percent.

"There is no way to spin or sugarcoat these sagging numbers," said Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Poll.

From May 4 - 9, Quinnipiac University surveyed 1,078 voters nationwide with a margin of error of +/- 3 percentage points. Live interviewers call landlines and cell phones.

I find the US political news media cycle too tiring to follow these days. Every night it is talk, talk, talk about politics.

It seems President Trump is off to a good start on his first trip to visit overseas countries signing a $110 billion arms treaty with Saudia Arabia over 10 years.

The Saudis badly need to diversify their economy away from just oil. The arms treaty will employ highly skilled workers in both the US and Saudi Arabia.

An astounding 90% of Saudis work for the government and have long enjoyed subsidies for water, electricity and gas. Health care and education are free.

You know, in almost 100% of the time, where there is smoke there is fire.
All politicians suck, but some suck more than others. My policy is to never have high expectations and never get too invested or you will certainly be disappointed
