Salesguys is wrong.. Obama RARELY got a budget filed on time... in FACT two years he broke the constitution by not even filing a plan! I amazes me who " know " about a topic but have the facts all screwed up.

Feb 2009 proposed FY2010 budget and passed by Congress in April 2009
Feb 2010 proposed FY2011 budget but fails to pass Congress
Feb 2011 proposed FY2012 budget
Feb 2012 proposes FY2013 budget
April 2013 proposes FY2014 budget
March 2014 proposes FY2015 budget
March 2015 proposes FY2016 budget
Feb 2016 proposes final FY2017 budget

Obama never failed to propose a budget that was not consistently on time but that does not necessarily mean that it was passed due to opposition from Democrats and/or Republicans.

I know there were years where the US gov't was so dysfunctional it did not have a working budget. It seems the Gov't continued operating via non stop Continuing Resolutions (CR) as the two parties could not work together.

what you are failing to note is PER the Constitution .. a budget has to be filed by FEBRUARY ..something Obama FAILED to do every year. Yes there has been opposition from BOTH sides of the isles.

Paul Ryan seems to revel in making life as difficult as possible for the most vulnerable people. I will never forget when they were discussing taking health care away from millions of people he had the biggest grin on his face it almost made me sick to my stomach.
