Intelligence agencies can make assessments with either low, medium or high confidence. A low confidence assessment generally means that the information obtained is not reliable enough or is too fragmented to make a more definitive analytic judgment or that there is not enough information available to draw a more robust conclusion.

The National Intelligence Council and four other agencies assess at "low confidence" that the COVID-19 pandemic originated due to natural transmission from an infected animal, while the CIA and another unnamed agency are undecided. The updated report maintains a consensus between all the intelligence agencies that the pandemic was not the result of a Chinese bioweapons program.

Both the FBI and the Dept. of Energy have changed their assessment that a lab leak is "likely". I try not to marry myself to my ideas. Thus, I can change my mind with the evidence. The liberal trolls just yell fake news because they're married to whatever the liberal leaders say.
