the POTUS doesn't control the Supreme Court.. Executive .. Judicial .. Legislative are the three branches ( the latter being made up of the House and Senate.. the House has no say in SCOTUS appointments )despite what AOC says ..hell she can't even get the three branches of our gov't right.
