So, according to super moron Ted Cruz, it's not a gun problem it's a door problem. As in, if there weren't so many doors in the school the tragedy wouldn't have happened. He certainly takes being an idiot seriously.

ALL schools in my area have ALL doors locked. We are near Ft Bragg ( soon to be LIBERTY )..Raleigh. 1/2 way between the two.
Hell i have had to wait in line to get checked in. No biggie i was OTC.

It's more of a mental problem.
Look at every SHOOTING (school or not) it is a mental problem... yes they can get shotguns/rifles @ 18 but pistols require age 21.
MY BIG PROBLEM is there is no test/training REQUIRED.
I have gone thru the training .. great grades.
Pulled my weapon ONCE against an aggressor (not on me).
Never fired my weapon except for testing/target practice.
My weapons stay fully loaded and NEVER shot anyone.
Guns don't kill people, people kill people.
