Did you read the part in the Phil's article where they said that the person running the new "holistic" department couldn't have any police experience? I forget...you don't like to read !

I can see it now. A bank robber with a gun is coming out of the bank and the "holistic" officer tells him to come back to the office for coffee and donuts and let's talk about your problems and maybe we can put you in affordable housing so you don't have to rob banks.

I see. Your solution is to prevent bad folks from ever becoming bad folks.

That's the problem with too many democrats. They've built this Utopian World that was thought up on some college campus by folks who've done nothing in life other than sitting behind a desk.

look at the AntiFake protester that killed the Trump supporter.. he had been arrested two previous times for DRUG - GUN and speeding charges... when he was caught tried to shoot it out with the PoPo... but it didn't end well for him.

You don't understand, Phil. Criminals never got the proper support that they need in life. This new holistic approach is gonna give them the love and understanding that they never got from Mamma & Daddy. Is it an actual fact that 98% of people released from prison commit worse crimes? Or did you make that up?
How exactly do you know how a bank robber thinks?
And, anyone that kills someone else and then attempts to "shoot it out" should face the consequences.
