White House announces 95% of federal workforce in compliance with vaccine mandate
The White House on Monday announced that 95% of the federal workforce is in compliance with the Biden administration's vaccine mandate.
"Ahead of tonight's deadline, the federal government has achieved 95% compliance, and 90% of the 3.5 million federal workers are already vaccinated," White House Coronavirus Response Coordinator Jeff Zients said during a press briefing. "We are successfully implementing vaccination requirements for the largest work force in the United States with federal employees in every part of the nation and around the world."
"The goal of vaccination requirements is to protect workers, not to punish them, so tonight's deadline is not an end point or a cliff," Zients said on Monday. "We continue to see more and more federal employees getting their shot. And for the small percentage of employees who have not yet complied, agencies are beginning the education and counseling process."
Ninty-eight percent of employees at the Internal Revenue Service have complied with the rules, with around 25% of those employees getting their shots after the mandate was announced, Zients said. At the FBI, 99% of employees have had their shots, 98% of Customs and Border Protection employees are vaccinated, and 99% of employees at the Federal Aviation Administration are complying with the rules. Ninty-three percent of Transportation Security Administration employees have gotten their shots ahead of the holiday travel season.
A federal appeals court put the mandate on hold. It is now before the conservative-leaning Ohio-based 6th US Circuit Court of Appeals, which could soon decide its fate.
But many employers continue to implement vaccine mandates, regardless of whether the courts uphold or strike down Biden's requirements. Court decisions against mandates apply only to the government's rules, not to individual companies that have instituted their own vaccine requirements.
Biden has also signed an executive order requiring all government employees be vaccinated against Covid-19, with no option of being regularly tested to opt out. The President signed an accompanying order directing the same standard be applied to employees of contractors who do business with the federal government.

Our customers are requiring that all engineers entering their sites, MUST wear a face covering. A mask, face shield or other covering of the mouth and nose are acceptable. Please always have your dispatch paperwork with you to show you have been assigned the call as an identification method for the site.
We understand that various states and entities have conflicting laws and requirements.
This requirement is being sent to you because our customers are requiring this in order for us to accept and perform work.
If you are unwilling or unable to wear a face covering, please decline the work order when you are contacted.
We trust you understand that customers are the reason we are all working and being compensated for same. This requirement is a simple one to comply and we are counting on your usual cooperation.

To whom it may concern,
Even though masks don't work, I'll be glad to wear one in your place of business.
Please note the price increase on our rates at the bottom of the invoice. The reason for the increase is because Joe Biden has contributed greatly to rising inflation and I had no other choice but to charge you more. Thanks for your understanding.

So you don't even know the difference between a chicken and an ostrich. As for being cowardly, that would be you. So afraid that you have deleted all personal information from your profile. Come out of hiding coward.
But the vast majority of science and data show that mask are not able to block viruses. The best a mask can block are PM 2.5 particles. That means particles 2.5 microns in diameter or larger. Viruses are less than 1 micron in diameter.Ignoring the Science and Data that Masks Work makes you look Riduilous.
