From what I have learned with a couple of quick Yahoo searches, Google search suck the big one, is that the ban on Prince Edward Island potatoes is an export ban. That means that it was placed by the government of the exporting country. Since Prince Edward Island is a province of Canada the ban was placed by the Canadian government, i.e. Trudeau.

Since the ban was due to potato warts being found in Prince Edward Island fields, the US FDA, Food and Drug Administration, has agreed with the ban.

Now what is your next lie copier idiot?

BTW: You still haven't apologized for that whopper of a lie about Kyle Rittenhouse.

On August 25, 2020, Kyle Howard Rittenhouse, a 17-year-old from Antioch, Illinois, fatally shot two men and wounded another in Kenosha, Wisconsin during the protests, riots, and civil unrest that followed the shooting of a black man, Jacob Blake, by a white police officer.Rittenhouse and the three men he shot were white. Rittenhouse was armed with a semi-automatic,AR-15 style rifle and he and his friend, Dominick Black, had joined a group of armed men in Kenosha who said they were there to protect businesses. Rittenhouse said he was there to protect a car dealership from being vandalized and to provide medical aid.

Public sentiment of the shootings was polarized and media coverage both polarized and politicized. Multiple right-wing politicians and figures welcomed Rittenhouse's acquittal, stating that the shootings were self-defense, while President Joe Biden called for the jury's verdict to be respected. Multiple left-wing politicians and figures criticized the verdict as a miscarriage of justice, saying that the acquittal was emblematic of racial double standards in the American justice system.Gun control advocates proclaimed fears that the verdict would embolden vigilantism.

An Economist/YouGov poll conducted during the trial found that two-thirds of Republicans thought Rittenhouse should be acquitted, while three-quarters of Democrats thought he should be convicted.

Public sentiment regarding the shootings was polarized. Coverage was both critical and supportive of Rittenhouse's actions, and used terms such as "vigilante" and "terrorist", but also "volunteer" and "maintaining peace" to describe him.

Writing for the American Bar Association Journal, Matt Reynolds observed that the "scenes in Wisconsin illustrated a tension between the Second Amendment right to bear arms and the First Amendment right to peacefully protest."

An Economist/YouGov poll conducted with 1,500 adult Americans between November 14–16 found that Black Americans overwhelmingly thought Rittenhouse should be found guilty of homicide while White Americans were closely divided.

Snopes tracked Facebook accounts they considered unusual and determined that "foreign-run Facebook accounts celebrated the Rittenhouse verdict." Facebook removed the accounts following the report.

IllinoisGovernorJ. B. Pritzker said, "carrying a loaded gun into a community 20 miles from your home and shooting unarmed citizens is fundamentally wrong. It’s a tragedy that the court could not acknowledge that basic fact.

        Chicago Mayor
Lori Lightfoot acknowledged the verdict and added that "no one should ever take the law into their own hands, or attempt to make themselves the judge, jury, and executioner. What Kyle Rittenhouse did was reckless, dangerous, and showed an utter disregard for human life.

Thanks for confirming everything I have been saying Slim. Now maybe you can talk some sense into Billy. The suspension came from Canada.

Take it up with your Canadian Newspaper. The bottom line from that article is that you'd starve to death if not for the USA. And don't forget that Trudeau was begging for vaccine not long ago. I think he would have blown Joe for some.

Sure dude, admitting you were mistaken is difficult for you so you deflect and insult. I get it. I already said I wouldn't slap you down anymore on this topic so rest easy.

I was pointing out that there was factual information to both sides of the debate, but you know so little about actual debating you lack the ability to recognize that you owe Billy and all of CTN an apology for your major lack of truthfulness.

The potato blight/wart is cosmetic and causes no harm to humans.

P.E.I. farmers '''losing money day by day''' in potato export crisis | CBC News

The ban was made preemptively by Canada to get ahead of an expected US ban. The effort to get the potatoes ban lifted by the US federal gov't is long and drawn out even after the blight has passed.

PEI has had its best potato crop in gerenations and the demand is there from elsewhere in Canada to use these potatoes in differnt ways.

No, what you really did was confirm that the suspension of exports was implemented in Canada. I already thanked you. Let it go. Besides, it really isn't that important.

Even with the announced release from the Strategic Reserve Joe Biden's approval rating continues to decline. Now at only 37% total and as low as 18% in one state. That put him lower than all 50 governors. The lowest rated governor is Oregon's Democrat Governor Kate Brown at 43%.

... signed delivery contracts. The USA has plenty of oil it is just that Americans expect below global market prices for gasoline.

I think we have a good chance at overturning Roe v. Wade and it's all because Trump changed the court.
