    going back to basics

So I am back at it again after 24 months. I thought of retiring from this field and try a different venture but covid really f***d it up.
Starting all over again. New company, new colleagues, new environment, same old RICOH! Wish me luck guys. Thanks

You've done this before. No problem. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It's more fun than ever with all the SC672 codes, and all the calls for machines not recognizing that they do have toner. Also, the price of Ricoh parts is getting ridiculous.

Good luck, sounds like you know Ricoh. It could be worse starting back with an unfamiliar manufacturer.

Welcome back. I was many years out of this field which proves now I was wrong...
Ricoh is one of top brands amongst techs here and my hands are itching...
            I'm jealous

Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.
