    A living wage

Democrats want to force McDonalds to pay their employees $15.00 at minimum. And that goes for every job out there.

I live on the coast of Mississippi. The total population here on the gulf coast is about 400,000. Definitely not a metropolis. Anyway, all of a sudden I'm seeing people being replaced by machines. It's like it happened overnight.

Good job democrats. We told you.

It's the idiots who use the self checkouts and self ordering kiosks that are making it possible for these billion dollar corporations to replace people. Stop using self checkouts and self ordering kiosks they will have to hire people. It's quite simple.

I went in a store today and all they had are self checkouts. There was one person in the store and she helped anyone that had trouble using the kiosks. I believe this is because of democrats pushing a living wage for jobs that clearly aren't worth that kind of money. I tried to tell 'em.

Oh please! If that were the case, there wouldn't be ANY self checkouts in Mississippi where the minimum wage is still $7.25. Stop talking nonsense.

Son, you simply don't understand how business works. A corporation doesn't sit around and wait on the destructive democrat policy to take effect. No. They plan ahead. Way ahead. And that's why you're seing the move to self checkouts. Besides, We told democrats this was gonna happen when they first stated pushing a living wage.

What it comes down to is that you don't actually care if people are replaced, you are simply using it to push your narrative. If you really cared, you wouldn't allow those companies to put you to work for free.

Are you asking me if I care that a McDonald's worker isn't getting $15? I do care. That's way too much here where I live. I'm against it. Keep that liberal bullshit in liberal cities. You've already destroyed them.

You obviously don't even want them making $7.25 as you are using self checkouts even before any potential wage increase.

You're one of those folks that want to stay stuck in yesterday. You better learn to embrace technology or get left behind. And you better share that advice with your broke ass friends that are making minimum wage. If not, they are doomed to a life of pain and struggle.

The lowest minimum wage in Canada is $13.50. Most other provinces are over $14.00. and five of them are over $15.00.
