There is a huge difference between Trump and Biden when it comes to classified documents. At the time the documents were boxed up for Trump he was still President and had the authority to declassify any document he wanted to take or his personal Presidential Library. On the other hand Biden was only Vice President and as such had zero authority to declassify or take documents.

You really need to come out of your silo and listen to trumpy describing the classified documents he possessed illegally. He actually said to whomever he was SHOWING the documents to that he COULD HAVE declassified the documents if he was president.
Unfortunately you will never listen to that recording because it doesn't suit your narrative.
