      Re: Canada is disgusting

Boy, over the weekend I learned a great deal on just how badly Trudeau has ruined Canada during his tenure. It's a hot mess. Same liberal policies Joe is trying to ram down our throats. Trudeau has also instituted a catch and release program that frees criminals. He's also made smoking crack legal in parks where little kids play and in hospitals.

Imagine walking into your workplace and you’re shrouded in a plume of fentanyl smoke. This is the reality for nurses in British Columbia, and it’s a regular occurrence, according to the president of the BC Nurses Union. Adriane Gear received reports of a serious incident just this week.

“Five nurses all ended up in emergency after being exposed by one patient…making five nurses very sick."

It’s not just fentanyl. It’s illicit drugs of all kinds including meth, crack cocaine, and other opioids like heroine. These drugs were decriminalized in BC when Health Canada granted an exemption under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act to the province from January 31, 2023, to January 31, 2026.

America would do well to learn lessons from Canada. Their healthcare system is in crisis. Rent has doubled under Trudeau. Home ownership is a pipedream for most. And one in five Canadians are eating at a food bank.

New figures from Statistics Canada shows that, with inflation pushing up the price of groceries by 10% in the year to April 2022, one in five Canadians say they are likely or somewhat likely to use a food bank or get help from other community food resources.
1 in 5 Canadians likely to use food banks or similar amid price hikes

Fair point. It's 2024. Things have gotten more expensive. Unemployment is at a whopping 6.1 percent. Trudeau's carbon tax is a tax on the middle class. I know your natural reaction is to defend Trudeau but he's ruined Canada. He won't be reelected.

Our cost-of-living crisis: In just three years rent and groceries are up nearly 40 per cent.

You are, and always have been a shill for big business. It seems you place no blame for higher prices on the actual ones to blame. Grocery chains who colude to keep prices high.

PS: I have already stated that I don't like Trudeau and he won't be re-elected. Sorry to burst your "gotcha".

So, how does your vast conspiracy theory work. All the landlords got together and voted to double rent payments? All the banks got together and raised interest rates? And the cherry on top is that Walmart and grocery stores all raised prices because they're greedy?

If you believe that you either work for Trudeau or, I hate to repeat myself....you're a useful idiot?

So much for your theory that democrats are best on the economy. Trudeau is out. Poilievere is in.

So what's your vast conspiracy theory? Trudeau called every business in the country to demand they raise their prices?

Sane people understand businesses will take any opportunity to raise prices and gouge the public. To believe otherwise make you a useful idiot for big business.

Sane people? I have to be careful how much of your (liberals) information that I digest. You guys believe that men are women and vice-versa. You're taxing the middle class via you're climate scheme with zero cooling of the earth and have one in five Canadians eating at the food bank.

Tax and spend liberals have all the solutions. Just look at how great things are.

How about big government price controls and the government can set the price for everything that sounds fair doesn't it.

Lol. You just laid a gotcha on yourself, slick. Admitting big business is a major cause of inflation must have hurt. Thanks.

Sounds like you were the one advocating for government taking over the private sector for food and all goods and services.
