I said I wasn't against replacing fossil fuel powered vehicles.
Then I said I don't like, now this is where you really need to concentrate. I said I don't like "battery" powered cars.

Nowhere did I say I don't like EVs.

EVs can also be fuel cell powered. Or some other configuration that doesn't include batteries.
