I had one Canon iR8500 in a school reach 5.3million before it was traded in. Still made great copies.

Re: Highest copy count?
Not highest yet, but soon to be: Two Aficio 1357's side by side that are at 4 million each in 8 months with only the slightest of issues (damp paper and open warehouse enviroment full of dust). They are replacing KM 1050's that after 5 years each had 10M on them. The Ricoh's are already ahead of that pace in less than a year so I've got my fingers crossedVectorLinux---Check it out!Comment

Re: Highest copy count?
We currently have a customer that projected 1 million a year for their CS-8030... now five and a half years later, the machine has cleared 10.3 million and still cranking them out every day.... the machine has been known to run jobs over 18 hours at a time, only pausing to have the paper filled when needed...Comment

Re: Highest copy count?
IR-105 died at 30 million
IP-7000 with 9 million
IP-1135 with 10 million and they run a million plus every month....gravy account!!! Machine is only 7 months old and they have 2 others just like it.Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.Comment

Re: Highest copy count?
Would a copy count of 1,463,044 count as high ?
How 'bout if it is a FS-3900DN four years old by serial number dates?

Re: Highest copy count?
I think it's pretty amazing for a tabletop printer. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Really?
How about a Konica-Minolta Bizzy C450 with nearly 3-mill?
Cool story to tell, but when you're the tech servicing this pig, I must confess I fail to be impressed.
Time for one of those hotshot sales reps to do some fancy footwork.
Irony is, it runs like a Swiss watch and the customer refuses to give it up... Victims of our own success, I suppose.
I get to go back next week and chase a drive section squeek. Joy.

Ricoh 1515mf
Not the highest amount of clicks by far, but 1million copies on a desktop mfp is pretty impressive considering all it ever needed were drums, hot rollers and p/u rollers.. oh a.d I replaced the paper feed and toner clutch once.Comment
