Down here in the GREAT SOUTHERN STATES ..... if we can't say anything nice about someone ... we just say ....
" Well, Bless their heart "
example ..... " Did you hear about that guy , Obama : Bless his heart . "
You can do this even in an e-mail , voice message , etc. .

Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

And telling a Mexican "Keep an eye on that for me" gets you a reply like, "That sounds painful"
Still,Yoda from the original Star Wars English version movie used German like grammar, best I can tell. I used to know some German back in the day, and at least it sounded that way to me then.

Either you think you can, or you think you can't.
              Either way you are right.

I can't just get to a service call. Transporters haven't been invented yet.

The real art of conversation is not only to say the right thing at the right time, but also to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment.

The easiest way to find something lost around the house is to buy a replacement.

Also, some Russian words use rolled 'R' sounds.

This is so true, I end up with two or more of a lot of stuff.

I just bought (yet) another spark plug wrench the other day.

I must have 6 of the little b@stards floating around... somewhere...

                              Never buy cheap toilet roll.

That is something everyone can appreciate. No one wants to get in touch with their inner self involuntarily.
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

On the other hand, if you had an operational transporter, you'd probably transport people who annoyed you into cement walls or outer space. And then when you annoyed someone else with a transporter they would do that to you. No good can come from that, so it is probably a good thing that transporters don't exist.
