the B223 and the H310 are the most common failures. However you can't get the xxxx9900 panels from mother Ricoh any longer, the 9900 panels were no charge parts shipped from Ricoh to dealers based on machine population. Now you have to order the correct part # and pay Ricoh's nominal fee.......

I've only ever had to replace one H310, however I have replaced loads of B223 and D029

It's the same generation as the CS-C4035 and the CS-8030. To tell for sure, what is the part number on the op panel PWB? There will be at least two numbers printed on it: one is the PWB assy, the other is the blank printed circuit board. Include both numbers. =^..^=

Furthermore some of our colleagues try to revive not responding Touch Panels by putting them in an oven at high temperatures. This all results in invisible damage to the thin plastic foil on top of the glass pane making a repair impossible.

For this reason we intend to supply in the future brand new aftermarket Touch Panels in such cases where repair is not possible anymore.

To offer a complete assortment for as many models we like to know once again which models from what manufacturers are suffering from not responding Touch Panels.

Kindly post here the manufacturers name and model knowing to have been affected.

                Many thanks in advance

                  Hans that looks a lot like a 3050, 4050, 5050 op panel...but that's just eyeballing it.

The 2GR part is the product code for the CS-5050 or KM-5050, like Kidaver said. =^..^=

Didn't read the whole thread, so sorry if I'm going to ask a question already answered:

Do you have a catalog online where we can check and order those panels? Where do you ship from and do you ship worldwide?

                        Cheers!
