Do any of you remember the retractable aluminum carts that we used to move around tabletop machines? I haven't seen one in years ... at any rate we had a long one, 6 feet long. I was setting up three machines, Mita DC-1435's I think, all lined up in a neat little row.

So I tell the salesman he can start loading up. He takes the first one closest to the handles. I turn my back for a second, when I turn back I see him lifting off the middle one ... as he walks out the door the cart crashes to the floor with the remaining machine.

Did I really have to explain that the machines at the ends have to be removed first, or the cart will tip? I seem to recall only having to replace a bypass tray. I guess that is why he went into sales: mechanical aptitude wasn't on his resume. Ever heard of center of gravity? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Was able to buy a few panels and machine was delivered the next week. Could have been worst.

We still have one of those carts, and an old time tech (that should have know better) was horsing around trying to ride the cart by lifting his feet off the ground after a good push; like MR Bill, he did a face plant with the cart as it went vertical and he fell to his knees. We laughed so hard, tears are still streaming to this day just thinking about it. (No injuries except to his ego.)
