The problem is, you really aren't. If you have negative or no rep, you can not give rep. The rep you give (or take) is based upon how much you have yourself...

With negative or zero rep, you basically give a "neutral" boost, meaning that your comment is logged, but no rep points are awarded or taken away...

Sounds like me few month ago. One of the most "famous" idiots around here was having a bad time selling his COPYRIGHT protected items and gave me negative for nothing. I will boost your REP just because I know what it is being smacked with that sh..t for helping others with an advice.

WHAT?! Do you think somebody is leaving bad rep so they may boost their own ego? How shallow is that? I may have used copyright material in the past but I'm not arrogant about it. I may have voted Republican in the past but I did it ignorantly so will I be forgiven? I don't vote demoncrat either so I will write in Ron Paul. Can someone boost my rep power. Reminds me of the 8th grade school yard bully. Once we had a bully like that. He thought it was funny to give wedgees to the kids around. Thanks for the comment but I thought winner was spelled W-I-N-N-E-R! Is there someone that immature and self absorbed that reads all these posts then gives negative rep to anyone he perceives as a threat? Talk about a WHINER! or WEINER? This person giving the negative rep is a dirty bully and pusillanimous punk. He cannot have his own way so he pushes people around. My comments are not posted at any lion. Only the hyena that keeps giving negative rep. This is way beyond immature and un-professional. It is the same level as punk school yard bully! If whoever is doing this wants to step forward and apologize now there will be nothing else said about the matter. If he wants to continue bullying then thats another matter.

i totally agree with jonezy999.....you need to grow up & move on....tbh rep means nothing...there are people with thousands of posts but little rep, but i know that the advice/ information that they give is good, rep is something that you earn, not ask for....it's the same as respect...

You think this about REP points??! This aint about no rep points! you're right about the immaturity and it just aint right for anyone anonymously to post stuff in a personal message the kind of stuff this little girl posts. They are fighting words in New York. He would not dare call me the stuff he says to my face. THAT'S BULLYING! it is cowardly and gutless. I aint worried about negative rep. It's a joke. Get it. Irony. But the rep power is a mechanism intended to promote good behaviour on this BB and has done quite the opposite. If we tolerate bullies here we will tolerate them in the work place and community. I for one will not tolerate a punk bully! Nothing but a good nose bleed will help a bully.


If M4U is the one calling names and filling my personal inbox with name calling and personal attacks then I am outing him here. I have 1,000s of service manuals I have accumulated. I have hundreds of current ones- Kyocera, canon, sharp, Samsung, Ricoh, etc etc etc etc... I GIVE them away and that's what eating him.

This is not about rep power. It's all about the bullying. This is the rants section and I will rant. Any questions you can PM me. Just do it civilly.
