And yes, the snakes ?? Depends on which ones I guess. Most snakes eat mice and other rodents. I leave them alone and they leave me alone. I love spiders too.

          Have a nice drive everyone.
You have the best part of the state. Down in the Tri-Cities nothing but brown. Instead of snow we get freezing rain, which turns to black ice.
But I still will never trade it for service calls in Seatlle (or as some call it the greater I5 parking lot).

Send me an email sometime there are service calls up your way I can send you.

I hear the world-class traffic jams are in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Anyone confirm? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Has always sucked. Went through it in 70's and my dad talked about it for 30 years. Went to training a few years ago in Atlanta. Trying to leave the city I must have looked insane cussing at my tom tom, and slapping it across the car a few times.

WELL ... over Memorial Day weekend , as we were going through Atlanta headed to NJ, it only took us a little over 4 hours to get from the West side, coming from B'Ham, on over to 85 headed to Anderson SC.
I think that is about normal.........
On the way back from NJ , I think it was only about 2 hours ( this was about 3 AM , so traffic was not QUITE too bad ) .

YEP !!! Don't like driving in Atlanta ......

I concurr. Was going down I85 back in late 90's during a hurricane. Never in my life have I seen people tailgating 5 lanes across doing 70 in a driving rain with visabilty a little more than 30 feet.

Gotta love tailgaters. So much fun to pop the brakes at random times...

I can handle tailgaters in normal weather. It was the fact that I was surrounded by them with very limited visibility and they weren't slowing down. I mean 70 in a 55 is ok but not during a hurricane.

Unfortunately you can't help scare the stupid out of some people. My question is, why are people allowed to get 10, 20 or 30+ offenses to their licenses, and the people who signed off and gave them the license in the first place not penalized in some way? Would make getting a license a real accomplishment that would show the recipient is actually capable of driving...

I used to think the same thing, until I tapped my brakes to the wrong redneck... When I finally turned off the road, he proceeded to shoot a gun twice in our direction before driving off.

My wife brings that up every-time someone gets on my bumper. Sad to say, that didn't cure my road-rage toward bad drivers.

It's a good thing people aren't as gun-happy north of the border. Sounds terrifying! Anything in the province of MB involving a rear end collision is the fault of the person in the back. The logic is, if you were following at a safe 4s distance between vehicles, there should be plenty of time to stop. I rather like that logic...
