I may know a lot for Konicas and probably almost everything for Brother MFPs but up to now still used Search a LOT. I even used Search to help other people with brands I'm not too familiar as my general experience gives a good lead where to seek. I would love to work on every brand and model as long there is CTN. The power of collective knowledge is immense compared to mere single person. We all need it back. We know that migration isn't easy and hopefully database will be indexed and ready back to work with.A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. I like that the highlighting text glitch is gone where you would have to use cursor to click off to proceed.
I really do not like the new look though. I am not sure what it is exactly. If someone has some screen shots of the old CTN I could provide some more useful input other than "I dont like it." Then again, maybe im just becoming a grumpy old fart that doesn't like change.
I have not dealt with the Google search optimization for probably 10 years. I have heard that it got a lot easier, but I have no desire to dive into that rabbit hole again...best of luck, Aneurysm. Perhaps it might be easier to optimize the search in CTN itself first?

I've seen that topic pop up a few times but didn't realize it was in the Konica forum. Lots of valid comments there but the URL issue is something we're still working on and might have a fix for in the next week or so. There's no one more disappointed in the results of our migrating than me, I thought I had all bases covered but there's always something. Unfortunately, this something was a biggie.Adversity temporarily visits a strong man but stays with the weak for a lifetime.👍 1😀 1Comment

Aneurysm, Is there any way that in the Likes that a name could be associated with the one who issued it? Like in the old forum, the "Thanks" and "Likes" had the user name listed? I know you get a notification when someone sends you one but what about someone else's post.Last edited by Larhal; 06-27-2024, 04:24 PM.Larhal

Call me a morron but never seen that. Right now sending from my mobile it doesn't looks like working.
Have to see on PC.
Btw PM messaging in new bulletin board is rather complicated and looks like cra. meant for new generation AI genders.A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
