    Less posts since migration?

Is it my imagination that less people are posting on CTN? Seems like a lot less postings since the migration?

I agree, to be honest I'm not using the site so much as I did prior to the migration. I find it less user friendly.

I agree also. Doesn't have the Likes with who like it or thanks, Green bars or red flags so you can see the persons good/bad position. Less friendly site. Kind of liked the other site better.

If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.

Sad but true. Less joy and not user friendly although I give it a time to get used with new version but it's far far from old forum.
copyman same observation brother. Traffic is less and initial adaptation period doesn't worked well.
I'm ctn addicted and this is the only one of its kind forum...

Breaking all the google search links was devastating. The search is not user friendly on the site so hard to find stuff now.

This is the worse part. Previously a new user would google their copier error & it would bring them to this site, years of historic posts gone.

Last night I got to thinking about all the posts on this site dating back to the beginning and wondered if it still works the way you describe. This has to be the largest database of copier information in the world, I would think. This is indeed devastating. What ashame.

Thanks for the replies. Now I know I'm not going crazy! Unfortunately I have to agree that the site changes have not been what was expected. There are some good changes but more bad. It is what it is now and have to get use to it.

Hi everyone, i'm a total newbie on this site, but i came multiple times even without posting, and found help. To be honest, even with the new interface, i will continue to come !

My only regret is that i'm not capable to help much, it is not a color scheme problem...

I agree. I relied on this site a lot to steer me in the right direction. But now this site doesn't even come up. I have to actually visit the forum to look for things. I liked it much better before. On the bright side maybe we will see more relevant copier/printer posts and less of the non essential joke or political postings

I haven't been on for maybe a half a year or so.
I was asked to look up a code for a friend.
Google didn't even show anything for CTN, instead there were a lot of garbage sites that I didn't know existed.

Regardless, I know someone did some work for this "migration" and I appreciate the effort, but not the outcome.
Unfortunately, the site looks and feels like a Fisher Price version of the old CTN.

Also, for those of you who do not know, when googling:
Put www.coptechnet.com at the end of your query.

The search in CTN has never worked well (to my knowledge).
