    spammers

Is there a way that we can slow down SamHanson & Greggom? They can fill up the forums even faster than the robots.

    Aneurysm: Are you there?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Red flagging them apparently has no effect. I gave up trying to report the spammers. I figured that I had filled up his inbox. He needs to appoint some moderators. I know a lot of people I could recommend including you and sandy.

I don't know any other way to say this: The site owner is M.I.A. If he cares about this place, he'll take the necessary steps to get the spam under control before its too late. What do have to do...send up smoke signals?

I vote for Billy and copier addict
You can meanwhile post a Poll for Mods waiting for Admin to come and maybe choose someone.

By the way, you are also one of those I would recommend because you obviously care about this site.

Well spotted about me caring for this community
Back on question and with great apologies to BC who started this thread and maybe this isn't correct place to discuss eventual moderators I must say 'Thank you' but I don't feel comfortable with this role nor I merit such a honour. Of course imagine we have some mods in the future I would try my best to help them keep this place.

The truth is I like to make a lot of friends in place where I have being for so long... and you can't make a lot of friends being rude and selfish 😂
Another thing is once one makes me only one little favour I'm always in debt in my mind trying to make my best to respond.

I had to take a short hiatus but I'm back and let me just say, Holy shit there's a ton of spam to clean up. Besides the "usual" spam, some crypto fuck went though the trouble of creating 50+ accounts so they could post the same spam message 100's of times along with a bunch of PMs and other random stuff. just about all of them got stuck in the moderation queue but since it's in so many places from so many different users I can't use a bulk delete to kill them. What a pain in the ass. I'm looking at a few new spam prevention tools so hopefully we can slow it down a little bit.

For the ones from various what appear to be old accounts referencing crypt pumps, I did file a complaint with with Telegram. After a few weeks I haven't seen any new ones. Some of us were thinking those were hacked accounts.

It look like you have pretty much cleaned out Rants, Raves and Everything Else. There is still a crap load in https://www.copytechnet.com/forums/c...al-discussion/

After awhile I figured that your Private Message folder and the admin email was most likely getting full.
