    Liberty Parts

    I have been using Liberty Parts for years. Just found out they are DONE, closing the doors.

    Looking for a replacement vendor for HP fuser rebuilds and new.

    Any suggestions welcome.

      You can order direct from The HP Parts Store, parts.hp. Precision Roller has new fusing units, rollers and maintenance kits. Katun has rebuilt units. Or you can just do an internet search for the specific part you need. I would avoid eBay and Amazon as not all their sellers are 100% honest.

      I used PartsNow but think they too have gone belly up.

                  I've used Laser Pros and more recently had a good experience with "toner2print" Toner2Print, Inc. Lexmark and HP parts store for HP parts.

                      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                          Our laser printer repair & supply business has dropped off dramatically in the past few years due to the fact that we've been replacing many with MFP units. Many of our customers got tired of having to stock multiple cartridges for various models of printers at everyone's desk and then when that small printer crapped out and it wasn't worth repairing they would buy the newest model that would require a completely new # cartridge. I'm sure many dealers have done the same unless you specialize in only in printer repair. I can see how this would definitely effect many of the wholesale parts & toner remanufactures moving forward.
