we are at 28 but have lost 3 techs over the past year.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

Much less than there was last year.

But on a plus note they have been replaced with people with no technical skills / background whatsoever

            Awesome.

The title of this thread is misleading .

The title of the thread should read : "How many techs are WORKING in your service department."

To which I would have replied " about half of them."

                Honestly ....... :P

There are 3 of us, Me, Myself and I.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

Just me, with not more than a crash course in how to straighten out Sharp copiers. I've been holding my own here for a few months. With a lot of help from this bunch. Would be nice if my boss wouldn't tell everyone and their dog that I can fix anything. *facedesk*
