      A lot of people do. The text search ability early on of browsers was crap so I stayed with Reader.

            I use Chrome with an adblocker but many sites disallow ad blockers or you can't read the article. As an alternative, I used Edge without a blocker for those sites, I eventually got fed up with it and disable the blocker on Chrome. But now I'm flooded with ads. I'm gonna put the ad blocker back in place. It's frustrating.

              uBlock Origin allows you to turn off blocking for specific sites. I use it for a couple of sites where the ads aren't intrusive and the creators don't offer subscriptions or other ways to fund the site just so they can get a little of the ad income going their way.
